class qibocal.protocols.tomographies.state_tomography.StateTomographyParameters(circuit: str | Circuit | None = None)[source]¶

Bases: Parameters

Tomography input parameters

circuit: str | Circuit | None = None¶

Circuit to prepare initial state.

It can also be provided the path to a json file containing a serialized circuit.

hardware_average: bool = False¶: By default hardware average will be performed.

nshots: int¶: Number of executions on hardware.

relaxation_time: float¶: Wait time for the qubit to decohere back to the gnd state.

qibocal.protocols.tomographies.state_tomography.plot_reconstruction(ideal, measured)[source]¶: Plot 3D plot with reconstruction of ideal and measured density matrix.
