Queue monitor¶

Refreshable view of the SLURM queue.

Created by Remote.monitor, it is a single widget, displayed natively by Jupyter and Marimo. Requires anywidget, included in the jupyter and marimo extras.

class qibocal_widgets.monitor.QueueMonitor(*args, **kwargs)¶

Bases: AnyWidget

View of the queue of a Remote runner.

Use Remote.monitor to create one. The jobs of the remote user are highlighted, and those submitted by the runner tagged.

Parameters:

runner (Remote)

partition¶: The partition shown (empty for all).

user¶: The remote user the queue was asked as.

jobs¶: Displayed jobs, with the fields of Qibocamp, mine and ours.

total¶: Number of jobs in the answer, before filtering.

summary¶: Jobs by state, nodes by state, and partition availability.

fetched_at¶: When the queue was last asked (UTC).

error¶: Why the queue could not be asked, if so.
